Products on this site are tested to contain 0.3% or less Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis — the Δ9-THC limit in the federal definition of hemp set by the 2018 Farm Bill. That definition is being narrowed (see below).

Congress has narrowed the federal definition of hemp so that products containing more than 0.4 mg total THC per container fall outside it — which is expected to cover THCa flower and most THCa vapes and concentrates. As currently scheduled, the change takes effect on December 11, 2026. From that date we expect to stop selling affected products; accessories are not affected.
