Purchases Made at Retail Locations
We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you bought a Strains Not Names product at a retail store or through a website other than www.strainsnotnames.com, please address any issues directly with the place of purchase.
Purchased Directly From Us?
If you purchased directly from www.strainsnotnames.com and encounter an issue with your order, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that you notify us within 10 days of receiving your product.
Important: Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be considered if you have not contacted us within 10 days of the delivery date. No exceptions.
The effectiveness of cannabinoids like THCa varies by individual and is not a valid reason for a refund.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your product arrives damaged or your order is missing items, you must notify us on the day of delivery via phone or email at info@strainsnotnames.com.
Your email must include:
- Order number in the subject line (e.g., "DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #[Your Order Number]")
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos of the product in question
- Photos of the box
- Photos of the packing slip
Once we receive this information, we will assess the situation. This review process may take up to 5 business days. Failure to provide all requested information may result in an automatic denial.
Do not ship anything back to us until you have discussed the shipping details with us.
We cannot issue a replacement without receiving and inspecting the original product.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We strongly recommend that customers purchase Route shipping protection at checkout to safeguard their orders.
