We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you bought a Strains Not Names product at a retail store or through a website other than www.strainsnotnames.com, please address any issues directly with the place of purchase.
If you purchased directly from www.strainsnotnames.com and encounter an issue with your order, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that you notify us within 10 days of receiving your product.
Important: Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be considered if you have not contacted us within 10 days of the delivery date. No exceptions.
The effectiveness of cannabinoids like THCa varies by individual and is not a valid reason for a refund.
Federal hemp rule change: as currently scheduled, a narrower federal definition of hemp takes effect on December 11, 2026, after which THCa flower, vapes and concentrates are expected to become unavailable nationwide. If your product arrives damaged or your order is missing items, you must notify us on the day of delivery by email at info@strainsnotnames.com or by phone (see our Contact page).
Once we receive this information, we will assess the situation. This review process may take up to 5 business days. Failure to provide all requested information may result in an automatic denial.
Do not ship anything back to us until you have discussed the shipping details with us.
We cannot issue a replacement without receiving and inspecting the original product.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
